2. Shipping & Delivery

- Tracking info is shared once shipped (when available).
- Carrier delays are outside our control.

Note: If a package shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors/building reception first.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
