Delivery Time & Delays
Delivery time depends on:

- Carrier service level
- Weather, holidays, and peak-season volume
If a tracking status shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive it, check around your property or with neighbors/building reception first.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and phone details.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping may require additional fees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.
